Missions

At Mountain View, we believe God desires all people everywhere to hear the Good News about Jesus.

To that end, we partner with the International Missions Board to reach the nations with the gospel.

About The Team

Our International Missions Team aims to equip and motivate the church through education and missions opportunities in order to impact the nations.

The goal of the International Missions Team is to put a “face” to International Missions for the congregation. To that effort, we help MVBC “adopt” missionaries by sharing prayer requests, praying for them and motivating the body to support them through prayer, gifts and potentially visits to partner with them in ministry.

Terry and Sheila-United Kingdom

As the UK’s second largest city, Birmingham England is home to a diverse and growing population, with less than 1% evangelical Christians. Field workers seek to share Christ’s love and forgiveness with people who often find themselves without hope. Engaging people in spiritual conversations, teaching English to asylum seekers, and offering crisis pregnancy and child loss support are practical ways they share Christ and meet needs in Birmingham.

Suzanne - Togo

Suzanne was born and raised in Waco, TX. She was blessed to have been a part of a vibrant youth group at church that was diligently focused on discipleship and missions. It was while on her first missions trip to Mexico at the age of 13, that she surrendered to the call of missions. In October of 2010 she began her missionary journey serving in South Africa, Burkina Faso and is currently in Togo.

“Fred and Ethel” - Middle East

Fred and Ethel are church planters serving in the Middle East.

Quebec Partners - Quebec City, Canada
